Terry is an Associate (Broker) with AMPI (“Asociacion Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios”), the national real estate association in Mexico, and he is an international member of the National Association of Realtors in the US and has been designated by NAR as a Certified International Property Specialist. Terry has been involved in real estate transactions in Mexico since 2002, in-cluding the purchase and/or sale of rural and urban property within and outside of the restricted zone.
He earned his law degree, Juris Doctorate, from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas. Licensed by the State of Texas, he practiced law for 37 years in San Antonio. He was board certified in residential real estate law and commercial real estate law by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of Texas until he retired from the practice of law. In the last 20 years of his practice, he focused on the preparation of documents for real estate transactions and the representation of clients in lawsuits involving loans and real estate.
Terry also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin, with a major entitled "Engineering Route to Business."
